Our customers can hire our emergency care services in two options: (i) subscription, in which our customers pay a monthly fee to have our emergency services on a 24-hour stand-by basis, through our bases, and each activation a different table of variables is applicable that will cover the costs related to the emergency; or (ii) when we are contacted by companies that do not have a monthly contract (spot activation), and at the time of the activation, a table of variables is used with higher prices than those of customers who have a signed contract, which will cover the costs related to the emergency.
